Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Veterinary Science/Livestock/Poultry/ Animal Husbandry from any reputed college/polytechnic institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ He will ensure that the Livestock activities in the project are implemented with the maximum efficiency and professionalism to bring about a positive change in the lives of the beneficiaries, through providing constant support to the beneficiaries.
∎ Collect technical information from the field and share with the DPM and other team members;
∎ Monitoring the farm management along with feed management.
∎ Diagnosis diseases of Poultry, Fish and Cattle and ensure proper treatment accordingly.
∎ Collect data and make report on FCR (Feed conversion ratio), Feed intake, Body weight, production percentage, Mortality etc.
∎ Evaluate and make report on feed performance along with customer satisfaction and also submit to the management with possible solution analysis.
∎ Arrange and conduct training program and seminar for the dealers & farmers about farming.
∎ Contribute on strategy making and idea generation to the extension of new market and retain existing market also.
∎ Make strong follow up with farmers after service to make sustainable relationship with customers
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
∎ Able to adapt to changing work requirements and priorities that may require overtime or extended hours.
∎ Any other works assigned by higher authority/management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of practical experience in the related field preferably in small scale poultry/animal husbandry or development project.
∎ Experience in poultry, livestock and poultry/livestock Feeds
∎ Hazards identification and risk management
∎ Experience in poultry birds, vaccines, medicine and other technical information
∎ Disaster Risk Management of Bangladesh.
∎ Coping mechanism in adverse situation
∎ Computer Literacy (MS-Word, Excel, power point etc.)
∎ Good skill both in Bangla and English
∎ Ability to work in a team.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and deadline.
∎ Flexible to face new challenges
