Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation in any discipline from a reputed institution

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct tracer study and collect information on pre-vocational skills training
∎ Prepare work plan for pre-vocational skills training programme
∎ Guide instructors to have an effective trade base training
∎ Receive training e.g. career guidance, entrepreneurs, business development and market linkage and cascade the training to the down
∎ Make assessment to find out the graduate adolescent and youth for internship opportunity
∎ Assist to project officer and assistant technical specialist to develop the trade base training and during making priority list for the PR.
∎ Filed visit to ensure the VET intervention is going well
∎ Collect produced materials by adolescent and youth and bring them for the display centre
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

∎ Ability to find creative solutions and show initiatives to protect the children and adolescent
∎ Coordination and collaboration with child protection actors, CiC, SMS and government official.
∎ Used to with online data input and effective report production of every event of adolescent engagement activity
