Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responding to user IT support requests. Advanced knowledge of IT software, hardware, and network setup;
∎ Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve user issues and provide prompt and accurate feedback to users. Maintaining documentation;
∎ Excellent user handling skills;
∎ Maintaining biometric attendance system;
∎ Maintaining CCTV and vehicle tracking system;
∎ Microsoft Office 365 & Exchange user support;
∎ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows;
∎ Good knowledge of video conferencing setup;
∎ Exceptional ability to prioritize and diagnose IT problems;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Strong reporting & presentation skill;
∎ Ability to work in a team and individually;
∎ Good Written & Verbal Communication skills in both English and Bengali;
∎ Ability to work under pressure;
∎ Hard working and punctual;
∎ Honest, loyal, ethical and have good manners.
