Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation / Post Graduation in Textile Engineering/Physics/Chemistry or any Science background.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: ISO 17025
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
4 Years Experience in lab operations
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all supervision of all testing activity.
∎ Monitoring the progress of the tests.
∎ Performing reviewing/checking on test reports from laboratory staff and/or other offices to ensure that the reports are up to the customer’s requirement.
∎ Supervising all kind of correlation as well as proficiency test up to result along with arrange to send the tested specimen & test report to related Client/organization.
∎ Ensuring the stock of consumable items to be maintained properly and acknowledge to the management whenever necessary to place the order.
∎ Ensuring the required environmental conditions to be maintained properly.
∎ Acknowledging to superior when any equipment needs calibration or maintenance.
∎ Ensuring good housekeeping of the laboratory.
∎ Answering the customer query over phone or mail of any technical issue with the help of superior when necessary.
∎ Monitoring the performance of the staff.
∎ Arranging training to subordinates and keeps training record.
∎ Managing and developing a team of laboratory staff and supervising them for completing the testing on time and to the customer satisfaction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Awareness training of ISO 17025.
∎ Test method technical training.
∎ Audit preparation training.
