Educational Requirements:

• BSc/MSc from Science Background.

Experience Requirements:

• 5-6 years of experience in relevant functional area.

Required Skills:

• Soft Skills: Organized, meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, problem-solving skills, patience, ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. Proficiency in problem-solving, patience, proactive approach, and multitasking abilities.

• Technical Skills: ISO/IEC 17025 Certification.

Other Job Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: Proficient in both English and Bangla

• Computer literacy: Hand-on experience in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Responsible for all supervision of all testing activity.

• Monitoring the progress of the tests.

• Performing reviewing/checking on test reports from laboratory staff and/or other offices to ensure that the reports are up to the customer’s requirement.

• Supervise all kind of correlation as well as proficiency test up to result along with arrange to send the tested specimen & test report to related Client/organization.

• Ensure the stock of consumable items maintained properly and acknowledge to the management whenever necessary to place the order.

• Ensuring that the required environmental conditions are maintained properly.

• Acknowledge to superior when any equipment needs calibration or maintenance.

• Ensuring good housekeeping of the laboratory.
