∎ Post-Graduation from any reputed university with no Third Division/Class

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieving sales target of Asset/ Liability, Account Opening & Cross-Sell of different products
∎ Generating new business by identifying potential customers via sales promotions
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationship with both existing and potential customers
∎ Build and leverage client relationships to grow branch share of the client's wallet, maximizing revenues and returns
∎ Ensure all customer service related tasks delivering customer experience through quality customer services
∎ Ensure that business risks and controls are well managed
∎ To ensure compliance with existing AML policies of the bank & local directives to prevent money laundering and terrorism financing.
∎ Any other task as and when assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-6 years' experience in reputed Banks/FIs. Minimum 2 years' experience in similar roles are required.
∎ Solution oriented and able to work effectively in a fast paced environment and contribute ideas
∎ Experience of working in a centralized process and real time on-line banking environment is preferable
∎ Sufficient knowledge of Branch Operations, General Banking, Lending Operations & Credit Management, and Foreign Trade Operations is required
∎ Leadership qualities for coaching, mentoring and managing people
∎ Excellent business communication skills with effective sales acumen and strong interpersonal relationship
∎ Sufficient skills to operate Microsoft Office Applications/ banking software
