Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with procurement to make the smooth running of WASH PRs.
∎ Compile all the Purchase order copies and provide the project with a figure on their burn rate.
∎ Work with finance and accounts to provide the feedback on the financial reports and clarify the spending status with ensuring the transaction that charged to the project are correct.
∎ Review the budget tracking and procurement plan with different projects and provide the feedback.
∎ Work with admin and ensure the budgeted amount across the project are in right track.
∎ Analyze the human resources and office demands and work with team lead to ensure the good coverage of the human resources
∎ Support the information management in cost analysis per project and take the actions with clear deadlines to solve the pending issue.
∎ Provide monthly report and budget versus actual per project
∎ Compile the liquidation and installment request that required by the different donors and work with finance that all the donor financial report.
∎ Provide the regular queries which have WASH financial element and prepare the feedback accordingly.
∎ Follow the donor agreement and work with DBR and grants to have the FD7 for WASH project.
∎ Contribute in preparation of the final and closure project reports.
∎ Work with IM in updating the funding status and provide inputs to the FTS (Financial Tracking System) or/and sector 4Ws.
∎ Review all project Vehicle and staff accommodation and ensure the availability of the coverage in the project.
∎ Review the project budget before submission and crosscheck with finance, admin and HR that the unit cost is correct and reasonable.
∎ Conduct field visit and work capacity building to WASH personnel in financial and budgeting issues.
∎ Compile the audit findings and work with internal audit to ensure the action are taken against WASH finding in the audit report.
∎ Help the sector project information management team to maintain the proper documentation.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
