Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review and cross check of the beneficiary list independently.
∎ Check process, progress, and records/documents frequently.
∎ Check with beneficiaries about their satisfaction level and receive feedback.
∎ Ensure and check the list of beneficiaries, mobile number, etc.
∎ Conduct post distribution monitoring and FGD with beneficiaries to assess their satisfaction and feedback to improve the program.
∎ Provide the team with monitoring findings and advice how to improve the process.
∎ Carry out the responsibilities and necessary tools assigned by the senior management.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At Least one year working experience in Cash Distribution Programme in the relevant role.
∎ Working experience in Humanitarian program implementation.
∎ Desirable:
∎ Working experience in Rohinga response in Cox’s Bazar.
∎ Understanding of Chittagonian language and can speak.
∎ Working experience in team approach management.
∎ Experience in working under pressure.
∎ KNOWLEDGE:- SPHERE Standards, BRAC’s values and mission, development sector, global development scenario to identify funding trends.
∎ SKILLS:- Strategic communication, relationship building.
∎ COMPETENCIES:- Facilitating group meetings, developing work and project plans, setting priorities, meeting deadlines
