Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Logistics, supply chain management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all child protection’s-inputs to be supplied for the project beneficiaries,
∎ Coordinate and distribute all materials according to project demand,
∎ Warehouse and generate stock-in and stock out report of all materials,
∎ Oversee security of the warehouse and protection materials are in proper condition in stock Maintain liaison with concern sector to meet the requirement of project,
∎ Attend Meeting, provide necessary report and monitoring the field staff,
∎ Analysis the needs of supplies and materials from the field and make plan to ensure the items are provided for the programme,
∎ Knowledge on Log sector, supply chain management and safeguarding, and
∎ Coordinate with relevant organization to ensure the all supplies and materials are received and distributed with gentle manner
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge:
∎ Knowledge on Log sector, supply chain management and safeguarding.
∎ Skills:
∎ Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders in a sensitive environment.
∎ Effective communication and presentation skills.
∎ Have computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, Power Point, and Excel).
∎ Excellent influencing, negotiating and communication skills.
∎ Excellent organization, and coordination skills.
∎ Competencies:
∎ Demonstrated ability to think technically, prioritize and meet deadlines in a complex and challenging environment; must be culturally sensitive.
∎ Ability to operate in a complex organization, across functions and work on own initiative and collaboratively as part of diverse teams.
