Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Masters degree in relevant discipline from any reputed university/institute. Statistics, Computer science will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for patient registration in the health facility.
∎ Collects all health and nutrition service-related information from the health center.
∎ Ensure regular data entry in the KOBO toolbox.
∎ Prepare daily reports based on service at the health facilities.
∎ Responsible for collecting, compiling and preparing monthly progress report from the health centers and timely submit monthly report to MIS Officer.
∎ Preserve the accumulated data to ensure the data analysis to prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly/ yearly MIS reports on health and nutrition project for both the internal management and external stakeholders.
∎ Will work with MEAL team if necessary.
∎ Conducts periodic client satisfaction survey.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programmer’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years in health & nutrition sector related data management and reporting experience in NGO/INGO.
∎ Concept on digital data collection (KOBO).
∎ Data entry/Screening monitoring.
∎ Health and Nutrition Indicators.
∎ Reporting and recording.
∎ Patient registration.
∎ Data entry, analysis and computer operating (Microsoft office).
∎ Data visualization.
