Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/Graduate in any discipline in any relevant subject from any reputed public or private university/ institution with minimum 2nd division/ class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Camp management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and carry out the cultural exchange sessions.
∎ Create a safe and friendly environment for beneficiaries to interact and exchange information.
∎ Conducting life skill and GBV session for beneficiary and community leader ,
∎ Managing volunteer and also conduct session for volunteer.
∎ Work under the supervision of Center Manager and collaborate with other teams of the center
∎ Development of communication and advocacy instruments and materials for awareness-raising campaigns including briefing materials in coordination with the supervisor;
∎ Plan communication activities for the Project events ensuring outreach to the public and adequate promotion of the Project as required;
∎ Assure wide dissemination of the information and lesson learned related to demonstrational pilot projects;
∎ Interact with Other organizations;
∎ Plan and prepare for participation in similar events (related to energy efficiency) organized by Donor organizations, stakeholders, NGOs and local authorities;
∎ Regularly provide photo updates of the project activities;
∎ Report tasks and issues to management as needed
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programmes goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in working with multi-disciplinary team in a cross-culture setting.
∎ Strong livelihood, cash programming and emergency response in working in complex, protracted emergences in a challenging work environment.
∎ Knowledge of humanitarian principles, standards and system
∎ Teamwork spirit and community mobilization skills
∎ Good communication skills.
