Responsibilities & Context:
Supervision and monitoring of overall construction work activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations at project site and ensure progress as per design and drawing.
Oversee overall site management and supervise civil works as per project plans.
To manage construction labor, sub-contractors and other finishing work.
Responsible for maintaining store, requisition of materials. Quality checking of construction materials.
Estimate material requirements based on site requisitions, aligned with project budget and policies and Prepare Material Purchases Requirements (MPR)
Ensure proper inventory of building and construction materials of the site.
To prepare all types of contractor bill as per quality of completed works as terms and condition of work order.
Ensure the quality and quantity for all types of construction materials according to technical specifications.
Monitor manpower mobilization and skills match of workers to ensure the skilled labor for the project.
Control waste of material by monitoring closely during the execution of work.
Prepare progress report and work program of the project.
Prepare material estimation based on working drawings.
Maintain site measurement books, checklists, and work formats regularly.
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and hygiene at the project site.
Report regularly to the Project Mager and relevant departments regarding project status.
Communication with head office regarding implementation works.
To prepare Consumption Report.
