Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production, Machine Operator, Maintenance, Operation, Quality
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To communicate with design engineers about the supplied design and fabrication drawings.
∎ To explain the fitters and ensure that the products are as per design and drawing supplied by the desingners.
∎ To provide requisition for required materials/consumable for production to store before starting production.
∎ Ensure the speed of production of pre fab steel structures and related items emphasis to meet production schedule.
∎ Periodical inspection of the machines to ensure that these are in a serviceable condition.
∎ To supervise the maintenance of the machines.
∎ To manage labor/workforce to ensure timely production.
∎ Ensure that quality of the product is in accordance to company standard.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the pre-fabricated steel manufacturing & quality assurance.
∎ Ensure strict supervision, maintenance, quality control of finished goods and monitor managerial aspect of production site including labour management and accountability of materials,
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary negotiable for eligible candidate.
