∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Development of Management policy to achieve the optimum goal of the company and to create a safe and satisfactory working environment. Prefer Auto Screen Printing Machines.
∎ Collect seasonal order status and production plan from Factory Reset Protection (FRP) Technique to have the Knowledge of product and production.
∎ Making work plan /Departmental Plan.
∎ Job allocation of Work study Members.
∎ Monitoring assign job of work study members
∎ Ensure that correct SMV which has been implement in the planning Board.
∎ Attend & arrange weekly review meeting with all work study members.
∎ Arrange Fundamental Training course for all work study members.
∎ Work with Factory Manager (MFG) to prepare the strategy to improve overall
∎ performance & efficiency Level of the worker & management respectively.
∎ Make the report showing factory progress on various production issue and
∎ submit to the Management.
∎ Any other job assigned by senior management.
∎ Flow Quality based productions ensure.
∎ Good knowledge to prepare time and action flow chart to maintain the delivery.
∎ All of print development and production schedule maintain & Technical support.
∎ Cooperate with Q.A department sample department on issue /problem and solve.
∎ Able to work under pressure & make good decision with having experience on leading and team working.
∎ Compliance audit and buyer audit preparation.
∎ Monthly internal audit and yearly external audit report prepare and face.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong in written and verbal communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Adequate Knowledge in Computer Operation.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
