Responsibilities
Oversee daily production operations for 3 woven shirt production lines
Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards
Monitor line efficiency and implement corrective actions when required
Manage workforce and coordinate with relevant departments
Maintain discipline, safety, and compliance on the production floor
Identify and resolve production-related issues in a timely manner
Job Other Benifits:
USD 1,200 – 1,400 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
Paid home leave once per year (10–12 days), scheduled between Christmas and New Year
Other benefits and facilities will be provided in accordance with company policy
