Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor Degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in analyzing job samples and preparing loading plans.
∎ Assist in creating effective production plans and monitoring production to ensure timely delivery.
∎ Oversee the preparation of samples and obtain approval from the relevant authorities.
∎ Prepare tailoring costs based on design specifications.
∎ Ensure timely production of the required quality through vigilant supervision and monitoring.
∎ Check and assure product quality to minimize production costs and rejection/alteration rates.
∎ Send weekly loading reports to the Aarong Centre.
∎ Monitor the "Daily Production Report" and maintain communication with management.
∎ Assist the Centre Manager in recruiting, training, and retaining both new and existing workers.
∎ Prepare wage calculations, maintain wage registers, and update workers' passbooks as necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ At least 1 year of experience in the garments manufacturing sector
∎ Must have excellent knowledge of production process (tailoring or sewing process) & production planning, production monitoring and evaluation, quality assurance (products), and production software operation
∎ Must have skills in computer operations and report writing
