Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to ensure the quality of respective section inputs (fabrics & accessories or cut panel, embroidery, thread etc.) in the process.
∎ Assure pre-products sample quality as per life sample and design instruction from process to approval.
∎ Confirm the process and output quality of respective section.
∎ Assist to ensure identification of alter and rejects products at the concern section and supervise to alter rectification process through proper documentation.
∎ Identify the repetitive quality problems, initiate preventative measures & corrective action and inform to supervisor.
∎ Provide the guidance to the quality control team.
∎ Maintain records properly and provide the QC report to the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ More than 2 years of experiences in quality control in RMG sector/ similar organization.
∎ Must have excellent knowledge on quality assurance (process and finish quality), production process and planning, textile and Garments products.
∎ Must have skill on communication, MS Word and MS Excel, analytical ability, report writing and record keeping.
