Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology from any reputed Institute
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervision of pre-production department design section, Engraving section, Lab, Color kitchen & R&D section for running programs
∎ Keep knowledge of different print techniques and executing all samples for multiple buyers
∎ Follow-up Sample/Counter sample/Gold seal/SMS/First bulk printing & full finishing process with ensuring quality until Bulk production
∎ Prepare the daily printing production plan
∎ Monitoring color kitchen and printing section for executing smooth production
∎ According to the production plan, follow up the shift-wise production status
∎ Communicate with concern dept. & line manager for any problematic issues
∎ Ensuring the production target with the quality
∎ Ensure testing parameters according to buyer requirement
∎ Ensure the fabric delivery with the standard quality according to TOD
∎ Minimize fabric wastage
∎ Any other works assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have clear knowledge about knit AOP fabric finishing processes
∎ Candidate should have knowledge about knit fabric quality
∎ Capability to work under stress
∎ Excellent team player, independent, positive attitude, highly motivated & result oriented
∎ Good communication skills both in verbal & written English
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office
∎ Must have positive willingness to do shift wise duty
∎ Only freshers are encourage to apply
∎ Willing to stay at factory site at own accord
