Job Context:
∎ A shariah based commercial bank is looking for a dynamic individual as Customer Service/ Cash Officer.
∎ Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh (Dhaka, Chattogram, Sylhet, Feni, Barisal, Khulna, Rajshahi)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support and assist to run an effective and efficient operational department by serving customers fluently.
∎ Control and manage operational risk and ensure compliance with internal & external requirements
∎ Achieve individual monthly targets.
∎ Building relationship with existing and new clients by ensuring proper services.
∎ Analyze and inspect the market accurately to enhance business growth.
∎ Act as the single point of contact between the bank and customers
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Excellent capability in operating computer applications.
∎ Hard working and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must be fluent in English (speaking and writing)
