∎ Knowledge of garment brands in European market
∎ Proficiency in working with software-based system
∎ Knowledge of garment brands in European market

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist Senior Merchandiser in everyday product merchandising activities.
∎ Correspond with assigned persons by Buyer and Supplier; communicate with Production, Washing, Sourcing, internal Lab and Export teams.
∎ Receive development package from buyer, send tech pack and work with pattern section to make pattern.
∎ Ensure timely collection of sample materials form suppliers and send to Sample Merchandisers.
∎ Follow-up PP sample/Development sample /shipment sample carefully.
∎ Process and monitor invoices and shipments accurately.
∎ Track samples, such as FIT Sample, Wash Sample, GT Sample, QPR Sample, Top Sample, GCR Sample and submit approval.
∎ Forecast order quantities based on stock level and sales information.
∎ Manage merchandising calendar to meet deadlines.
∎ Work with sales coordinators to identify new opportunities and improvements. Follow up PI and LC; prepare PO in ERP and check with Costing, Sourcing, Lc departments.
∎ Update Material Checklist and share with concerned department.
∎ Follow proper process such as MM PO Creation, PI Submission to Export & Sourcing teams, and share L/C to the suppliers.
∎ Conduct regular activities; Laundry management update, color mapping in Oracle software, BOM Creation, FR Data generation, T&A update in Woven MC, MM PO creation in MM Software and so on.
∎ Responsible for style input, fulfill sample requirement, costing and PO update
∎ Follow up testing sample and submit to lab on time.
∎ Follow up production and shipment in absence of senior.
∎ To perform any other tasks as and when assigned by Management.
∎ Context:
∎ Resposible for end-to-end order completion; ensure required specification of quality, garment packing instruction and shipment arrangements are accomplished adequately.
