Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc./M.Sc. in Microbiology or Relevant Subjects
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: ISO 17025

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 4 years experience in similar job

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall functioning of laboratories operation in respect of technical aspects.
∎ Establishing any new test method and validating whenever it is necessary or under our scope.
∎ Following up correlation exercise as well as maintain the target time with all technical aspects.
∎ Executing actions followed by audit & correlation feedback as & when required.
∎ Ensuring all the required environmental conditions to be maintained.
∎ Checking & signing of test reports.
∎ Ensuring good housekeeping of the laboratory.
∎ Proper utilization of manpower, Instruments & equipment’s, Consumable, inventory control & supply chain managements.
∎ Ensure 3Z in all aspect.
∎ Organizing and monitoring training, quality checking and proficiency testing.
∎ Sharing the knowledge to others colleague whenever any new buyer develops in respect of technical issue.
∎ Monitoring the performance of the laboratory staff in respect to the quality and/or integrity.
∎ Answering any queries from customer which related to technical issues.
∎ Upon receiving complaints to identify route cause analysis & take corrective action.
∎ Managing to step-up margin performance for analytical lab operation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have proper knowledge or should have training certificate on ISO 17025-2017
∎ Should be well conversant with English speaking & should have good communication skill.
∎ Good in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and Power point)
∎ Effective Communications with team

Salary: Negotiable
