Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To ensure the purchase of raw materials (Yarn) from local and foreign sources with the best quality.
∎ To ensure market survey to develop alternative suppliers with quality products and evaluate the existing suppliers.
∎ To ensure cost-effective sourcing and development of new vendors.
∎ Work on foreign and local purchase issue PO, collect PI Issue LC and continuously follow-up with the supplier and ensure goods will be in-house on time.
∎ Lead and develop the team in charge to ensure quality in the execution of activities, execution criteria, conflict resolution, and decision-making.
∎ Weekly review with the Procurement, Planning, and Technical team of the status of validations in progress, defining priorities, critical programs, etc.
∎ Coordinate tests with the Textile technical team to solve problems or improve existing styles, ensure completion of said tests and provide final results.
∎ Responsible for coordinating the correct assembly and knitting of the fabrics requested for product development (FTR/FVR).
∎ Monitoring of yarn inventory outside the system for product development (SKUs not created).
∎ Coordinate audits/studies of yarn losses or gains, and monthly review with the Plan.
