∎ Proven expertise in ladies-wear development, including intricate garment construction, detailing, and aesthetics.
∎ Strong knowledge of fabric types, trims, and garment manufacturing processes.* Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of quality and design aesthetics.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with customers and design teams.
∎ Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple development cycles under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with designers to co-create innovative garment designs, with a strong focus on ladies-wear development, translating their ideas into physical samples.
∎ Prepare prototypes based on technical specifications, sketches, and customer requirements.
∎ Manage the complete sampling process, including pattern-making, fabric selection, trims, and execution.
∎ Actively engage with customers to understand their design preferences, brand identity, and seasonal themes.
∎ Provide expert guidance on materials, styles, and garment construction to meet both functional and aesthetic needs.
∎ Ensure timely updates and resolution of Designer/customer queries during the product development process.
∎ Ensure all samples and finished products meet customer quality standards and specifications, with special expertise in ladies-wear construction and detailing.
∎ Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments based on customer feedback.
∎ Work closely with technical teams to resolve production challenges and ensure a smooth transition to bulk production.
∎ Coordinate with Designer, merchandising/marketing, and production teams to align product development timelines with project schedules.
∎ Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for timely sourcing of materials and trims.
∎ Incorporate sustainable design practices and eco-friendly materials where applicable.
∎ Ensure all products comply with customer-specific and international quality standards.
