Additional Requirements:
  • At least 5/7 years of experience in HR and admin management.
  • Must have knowledge about KPI, PMS & Balance score card.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Knowledge about Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 , Act 2015 & amendment update .
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Qualifications.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent speaking skill on English Language.

Job Context:

The Human Resources and Administration Sr. Manager /Asst. Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the HR and administrative functions of an organization.

Job Location: Head Office

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, reference checks and offer letters.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures and programs that are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • To ensure maintenance of effective HR information system, Payroll management Final settlement of separated employees, attendance & leave of employees and closely work to minimize the absenteeism of employees.
  • To ensure every employee Job responsibility and implement of KPIs, PMS & Balance score card of all positions and managing employees' annual performance reviews.
  • To monitor the compliance and several standards such as ISO 9001: 2015, SEDEX ,REACH , OEKO-TEX Standard , GRS functions of the factory;
  • To organize employee training programs as per TNA.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures. Identify areas for improvement in HR and administrative processes; Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with senior management and other departments to achieve organizational goals.
