Commercial export import, Yarn Procurement
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Source/procure all direct & indirect materials specially different types of yarn as per requirements by maintaining organization policy, procedure & compliance
∎ Receive purchase/procurement orders and requests through formal procurement requisitions and identify the requirements of goods/services, justify specifications
∎ Obtaining goods in right time at a cost effective price and work closely with the store officers in receiving goods through MRR
∎ Provide cooperation to the end users to meet their actual requirements
∎ Files all procurement related documents for audit trial and future references
∎ Receive quotations & make comparative analysis between cost & quality goods and services for achieving competitive advantage
∎ Search potential suppliers to set the effective procurement Strategy through effective negotiation procedure.
∎ Follow Up LC/TT & other payments terms, shipping documents (EXP/IP) and maintain the cross-functional relationships with commercials, Accounts/Finance, Sales, Logistic & C&F
∎ Build and develop relationships with key suppliers as strategic partner
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy and ability to using software is an added advantage.
