Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary

The Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment activities to ensure timely hiring of qualified talent for the organization. The role involves workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding while maintaining compliance with company HR policies. The position requires strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to enhance employer branding initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for mid-level and entry-level positions, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and selection.

  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline using job portals, LinkedIn, campus recruitment, employee referrals, and headhunting.

  • Ensure timely issuance of offer letters, appointment letters, and joining formalities.

  • Assist in preparing annual manpower plans in collaboration with department heads.

  • Track recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, recruitment cost, offer acceptance rate).

  • Support employer branding initiatives, including social media promotion, career fairs, campus engagement, internship management, and content creation for recruitment campaigns.

  • Maintain accurate recruitment databases, candidate assessments, and recruitment reports.

  • Work closely with HR Operations to facilitate background checks and onboarding.

  • Work with department heads to understand job requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

  • Provide regular recruitment updates to management.

  • Maintain a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
