Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make TEAM Group a Sustainable Organization through its Sustainability Pillars and Values.
∎ Publish the TEAM Group Sustainability report.
∎ Apply for awards.
∎ Meet with the factory-concerned department head for sustainability program implementation.
∎ Engage with International Stakeholders, Development Partners, Embassies, and Buyers to bringing-in the best programs on sustainability.
∎ Create, maintain, and promote the Brand Image of TEAM Group as the most unique and preferred organization for partnering on business, and sustainability issues and availing international finance from institutions like IFC, DEG, FMO, Swiss funds as well as International Stakeholders, Development Partners, and Buyers
∎ Ensure compliance with the entire regulatory framework regarding the Environment, human rights, and social compliance, as well as all Codes and Customer Guides related to these areas.
∎ Maintain all updated documentation that allows its plants to meet the requirements of internal and external audits in matters of Environment and Social Compliance.
∎ Provide follow-up to the action plans generated as a result of internal and Client audits in matters of Environment and Social Compliance in its plants.
∎ Attend internal and external audits in matters of Environment and Social Compliance in its plants.
∎ Ensure and coordinate that all employees of the plants under their responsibility are aware of the environmental risks generated by their operations, supporting the evidence of said training.
∎ Promote an organizational culture, strengthening Group values and standards in terms of Sustainability, through the implementation of activities, campaigns, training, and induction of new employees or contractors.
∎ Support with the classification of waste generated in all operations, ensuring correct management according to TEAM Group’s requirements.
