Additional Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
- Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, Rules, and buyer Code of Conduct.
- Prepare and face third-party social, environmental, and technical audits (RSC, BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, SLCP, Better Work (ILO) etc.).
- Develop and implement factory policies on labor standards, grievance, anti-harassment, health & safety, etc.
- Provide training to workers and management on compliance and sustainability topics.
- Lead internal compliance audits and track corrective action plans (CAP).
- Implement sustainability projects (Higg Index, water/energy/waste management, GHG reduction).
- Manage committee functions (Anti-Harassment, TU, Safety) and promote worker well-being.
- Coordinate CSR initiatives and sustainability reporting as per buyer requirements.
- Liaise with buyers, auditors, government officials, and NGOs for compliance matters.
- Maintain documentation and prepare regular reports for management and stakeholder
