1. Lead and supervise the store and delivery team to ensure timely production support and accurate, on-time product delivery to customers.

2. Ensure adequate availability of raw materials, spare parts, finished goods, and other stock items to avoid production disruption.

3. Oversee and monitor all inventory transactions, ensuring accurate processing of material receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.

4. Maintain accurate stock records in SAP and ensure consistency between system records and physical inventory.

5. Plan and forecast material requirements based on production schedules, customer orders, and seasonal demand.

6. Initiate purchase requisitions and stock orders at appropriate times to maintain optimum inventory levels.

7. Ensure inventory is stored under proper environmental and safety conditions following safe material handling practices.

8. Monitor and control inventory within defined safety stock, reorder level, and maximum stock parameters.

9. Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation.

10. Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Commercial, and Finance departments for smooth operations.

11. Perform any other tasks assigned by management from time to time.
