Job Responsibilities:
∎ Has to be an expert on modern store management systems.
∎ Should have good knowledge of computer applications, ERP /Database software uses & able to generate various reports.
∎ Responsible for the Store management of Water Purification Equipment.
∎ Coordinate and maintain records of incoming and outgoing stock, deliveries and logistics.
∎ To keep a record of all stock movement and deliveries in the database and prepare regular reports.
∎ Ensuring Vat Challan Transfer to Concern department.
∎ Monitor and ensure that goods are stored correctly and safely with the conformity of compliance standards of different buyers.
∎ Arranging periodic store inventory to ensure that existing stock and stock shown in the register are correct.
∎ Strong technical knowledge of store management and its SOP.
∎ Racking/arranging all stores.
∎ Supervising physical inventories by counting stock.
∎ To ensure on-time delivery of goods as per requirements.
∎ Prepare and produce various reports as per management requirements.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management.
