Overall Store management, Store Inventory and Control
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement Industry, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure safe custody of all store materials or finished products.
∎ Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
∎ Secure materials by implementing security systems and measures
∎ Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control.
∎ Assisting HOA by maintaining proper accounts through stock register. Inventory software.
∎ Ensure goods are properly segregated and recorded in the software.
∎ Maintain live/real time entry in ERP for all transactions.
∎ Ensure proper management of identifying and segregation of demand/ rejected/ redundant/ nonmoving or unusable stock as per company policy.
∎ Preparation of daily stock report and periodical physical inventory report and also capable to generate various reports as required by the concerned authority.
∎ Maintaining different documents (including DO/ Challan/VAT Challan etc) for receive, issue and return items.
∎ Ensuring cleanness of the store.
∎ Reporting to concern authority for any relevant tasks as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having experience in cement industry will get preference.
∎ Should have proper knowledge regarding different inventory management and control technique/ system (i.e LIFO/FIFO, ABC, JIT etc.)
∎ Should have clear concept regarding OPEX& CAPEX items of store.
∎ Basic computer skills is a must.
∎ Able to work independently and proactively.
∎ Strong analytical, leadership and team management skills.
