Responsibilities & Context:
Lead the Company’s nationwide Service Team & Ensure On-Time Service
Take the responsibility of “Customer Satisfaction” for both End User & Sales Channel
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Engage with them to understand their needs and ensure their expectations are met.
Design & Implement channel for receiving customer feedback and resolving appropriate manner.
Accumulate customer feedback to inform relevant stakeholders for product improvements and quality enhancements.
Work with product development teams to address recurring issues or trends.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to after-sales service. Use data to make informed decisions and drive improvements.
Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and address any issues that arise from product or service offerings.
Any other task assigned by the management.
