∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGD in HRM

∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the entire recruitment process, from applicant sourcing to onboarding
∎ Follow up and generate the various daily, weekly and monthly HR and competitive business analytics reports
∎ Provide HR services on time that are not limited to answering queries, processing allowances, issuing letters, memos, and etc.
∎ Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including HRIS, payroll, OD, HR events, and etc.
∎ Assist in PMS system, mid-year and yearly
∎ Liaise with as touch base for various stakeholders, like insurance company and job sites
∎ Keep track on employee probations and contracts
∎ Assist to process and clear employees service benefit on time
∎ Prepare various daily attendance reports (from office access control records and WFH emails) and update employee's leave database
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 34 years
∎ Knowledge on Labor Law and Rules
∎ Clear understanding on PMS and HR Analytics
∎ Proficiency with MS Excel (Must)
∎ Strong command in the English Language
