∎ 1-5 years’ experience in business development/ marketing, preferable in the newspaper/ TV channel / electronic media / agency or related industry
∎ Proven track record of working with NGOs, Development organizations, Embassies/ High Commissions, Diplomates, Civil Society Organizations, Universities etc. will get high preference
∎ Excellent networking, communication and negotiation skills
∎ Strong understanding of business/ brand development and market dynamics
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
∎ Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly targets
∎ Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel.
∎ Involvement in clubs, competitions and extracurricular activities during graduation will be given priority.

∎ Revenue generation through sponsorship management for organizing events like - roundtable discussions, seminars, talk shows, festivals, fairs & award shows
∎ Boost additional revenue generation through content marketing & sponsored publications
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to inform business strategies
∎ Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients
∎ Achieve and exceed achievable monthly targets
∎ Dhaka Tribune and Bangla Tribune is hiring for Brand and Marketing Department.
∎ Working Hours: 10 AM to 6 PM
∎ Job Responsibilities:
