Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ MBA/ PGD in HRM will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Compliance, Health/ Safety & Fire, HR, Labor Counseling, Security
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Fire Fighting and Safety, Garments, Manpower Recruitment, Security Service, Training Institutes, Dyeing Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for entire recruitment, training & counseling, orientation program of a COMPOSITE KNIT DYEING project.
∎ Should have ability to manage compliance, social & safety audits like BSCI, ICS, C-TPAT, WRAP, SEDEX, ACCORD, GOTS, OCS etc..
∎ Maintain all HR & compliance related documentation.
∎ Prepare various types of policy as per buyer requirements.
∎ Must be conversant with Labor Laws, buyer compliance & code of conduct.
∎ Ensure labour law related practices for factory.
∎ Must be able to conduct audits and work with suppliers on corrective action plan to non-compliance concerns.
∎ Must be able to ensure the quality of audit reporting.
∎ Assess product, compliance, or operational risks and develop risk management strategies.
∎ Distribute written policies and procedures related to compliance activities.
∎ Provide employee training on compliance related topics, policies, or procedure.
∎ Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace, safety, hygiene and environment.
∎ Maintain relations and discipline in the factory for all staffs and workers.
∎ Communicate with BGMEA, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station and Labor Federation etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good command in written & spoken English.
∎ Fluent in MS Office applications, Payroll & ERP software.
∎ Dynamic, well organized, self-driven with cordial personality.
