∎ Strong knowledge of fabric defects, shrinkage, GSM control, and cutting operations.
∎ Familiarity with 5S, QMS, TQM, and buyer compliance standards.
∎ Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and team management skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct fabric inspections using the 4-Point Fabric Inspection System.
∎ Inspect trims & accessories for quality, color matching, and defects.
∎ Approve fabric, rib, and trims based on company and buyer requirements.
∎ Identify and resolve cutting quality issues before production.
∎ Assess print and embroidery quality, ensuring alignment, durability, and color consistency.
∎ Conduct batch control for washed & non-washed garments to maintain consistency.
∎ Monitor fabric GSM, shrinkage, and twisting reports to ensure product stability.
∎ Oversee garment washing processes, including industrial & domestic wash.
∎ Ensure compliance with CPL (Critical Path to Launch) & garment wash standards.
∎ Utilize Auto CAD, marker making, and pattern correction techniques for quality optimization.
∎ Ensure garments meet 5S, QMS (Quality Management System), and TQM (Total Quality Management) standards.
∎ Manage sharp tools control to ensure workplace safety.
∎ Address product & children’s safety issues per industry regulations.
∎ Maintain primary, secondary & tertiary light standards as per buyer specifications.
∎ Generate reports on fabric defects, wash test results, and pattern corrections.
∎ Perform any additional quality control tasks assigned by the company.
