Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Well versed with all ISO QMS and other standards like BIS etc.
∎ Must conduct feasibility study on each equipment.
∎ Must have good knowledge of all QC tools 5 S, kaizen, six sigma etc
∎ SPC implementation.
∎ CFT member from QA for Bias cutter, Tyre building, Tyre Curing, Inspection and FG.
∎ As a CFT member working for the reduction of Scrap and other rejections.
∎ Process audit coordination and cross-verification.
∎ QA DWM coordinator.
∎ Cured tyre defect and Scrap analysis with daily classifications.
∎ Market complaint analysis.
∎ Market visit for analyzing of complaint tyres and discussion with dealers and customers.
∎ Conducting Internal worker training.
∎ Conducting training for the Sales and Marketing team.
∎ Planning for Process audit and validations.
∎ QRM preparation and meeting conducting.
∎ OPL making and on-the-job training.
∎ Daily report preparation and sharing with the entire team and management.
∎ Special Project validation and implementation.
∎ Machines and product validations
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ B.Tech/BSc in Polymer, Chemical, Rubber Technology.
∎ Preferred Industry Background (if any)- Chemical, Plastic, Rubber, Tyre Refining etc.
