Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Co-ordination for all production activity started from raw material handling to finished product.
∎ Handling the full production capacity & ensuring the acceptable quality of the product & have knowledge to increase the quality in a minimum cost.
∎ Provide overall leadership and direction within the Structural Clay Tiles & Glaze Tiles manufacturing processes achieving cost optimization and constant product quality to meet budget and target requirements in a sustainable manner.
∎ Demonstrate strong H&S leadership to develop safety culture among the team.
∎ Develop, track and control maintenance budget, rolling forecast and plant development plan.
∎ Prepare monthly & yearly Production Planning as per sales target
∎ Overall Operation of Factory including administration, store, production, quality & maintenance, erection.
∎ Able to maintain efficient labor management.
∎ Able to understand different product based Recipe analysis.
∎ Coordinate with R&D Team regarding product development
∎ Able to maintain monthly & yearly Inventory management
∎ Capability of understanding product Rejection management
∎ Ability of handle Overall equipment efficiency Analysis with maintenance team.
∎ Able to Cost Control of identifying areas of business concern
∎ Able to reduce wastage in reasonable range
∎ Able to maintain standard quality of finished product.
∎ Working as a Team Leader for post Erection Activities.
∎ Calculating material balance with running production & safety stock.
∎ Most important responsibility to deals with reducing material handling cost, which generally is achieved by the use of efficient material handling system and also by using plant layouts which must be developed in a proper or correct way.
∎ Reducing the quality cost with the help of analysis of nonconformance's on periodic basis and also by following suitable actions (both corrective and preventive).
∎ Building team spirit among the workmen and also motivating by means of personal involvement. This task of motivation can also be achieved by designing and implementing suitable financial incentive schemes.
∎ To device accurate methodology involving method study of manufacturing, along with the other engineering economic principles.
∎ Any other assigned by the management.

∎ Chimbuk Ceramics Ltd is looking for a result oriented, self-motivated and hard working professionals having experience in factory production of Structural Clay Products ((such as Clay Cladding Tiles, Roof Tiles, Pavers & Glaze Tiles production). Responsible for production, managing and handling manpower. Maintain communications coordinate at the strategic & tactical levels with the other functions of the organization.
∎ Workplace: Factory.
∎ Job Location: Palgaon, Bhaluka, Mymenshing.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
