∎ Sound Knowledge on load distribution, wiring systems etc.
∎ Knowledge about AutoCAD (2D) drawing as well as electrical drawing.
∎ Gas & Diesel Generator electrical maintenance.
∎ Solar power system operation & maintenance.
∎ Responsible for safe and efficient operation of plant & its schedule checking as well as functional test of sophisticated equipment's etc.
∎ Maintain daily checklist properly follow up as per requirement.
∎ Ensure compliance with best practice of electrical standards in the plant.
∎ Monitor and control costs in the areas of responsibility.
∎ Responsible for the overall maintenance of the factory for any electrical issues including sub-station as well as plant.
∎ Sound knowledge regarding assemble, install, test and maintain electrical or electronics wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus and fixtures.
∎ Inspect electrical system, equipment's and components to identify hazards defects and the need for adjustment or repair and to ensure compliance with cores.
∎ Have sound knowledge of audit requirements as per Accord & Alliance for electrical safety issue.
∎ Able to do Electrical Design & Drawing.
∎ Operation and maintenance of Substations and Generator System.
∎ Installation, Operation, Maintenance and troubleshooting of production machinery and utility machinery.
∎ Attend prevention, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
∎ Maintenance all type of electrical work, electrical machines, production machine, installation, IQ, OQ, PQ & troubleshooting.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of LT panel, SDB & MDB.
∎ PLC Programming & controlling system.
∎ Electronics Process / Maintenance Engineer - PLC Programming and Troubleshooting Knowledge.
∎ Prepare SOP of different Machineries and facilities.
∎ Quotation, BOQ, BOM making/ Develop concept & design parts at Solid Works.
∎ Ensuring all equipment and products meet health and safety regulations.
∎ Collaborating with engineers and technicians.
∎ Comply any other task assigned by the senior management or authority.
