∎ 4 Years in Clay Tiles & Ceramic Industry.
∎ 4 Years in Clay Tiles & Ceramic Industry.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handling daily maintenance activities.
∎ Supervision of machinery used in the production of Structural Clay Products (such as Clay Cladding Tiles, Roof Tiles, Pavers & Glaze Tiles production.
∎ Find out the problem and solve it.
∎ Planning and execution of preventive maintenance.
∎ Implement changes for maintenance system improvements.
∎ Trouble shooting of issues faced by machinery & equipment’s.
∎ Installation and maintenance of machinery & Mechanicals equipment's.
∎ Plays role during purchase of machinery where mechanical parameters are utilized to purchase the best suitable machinery.
∎ Involved in construction and designing of machine sites.
∎ Replacement of any damaged parts
∎ Good Knowledge about the mechanical system.
∎ Monitoring plant machinery, compressor and all Mechanical section.
∎ Maintain plant SOP, submitting daily, weekly & monthly spare status to reporting boss.
∎ Ability to drawing.
∎ Ensure regular operation & maintenance of different Structural Clay Products (such as Clay Cladding Tiles, Roof Tiles, Pavers & Glaze Tiles production) machineries & equipment’s.
∎ Any other assigned by the management.

∎ Chimbuk Ceramics Ltd is looking for a result oriented, self-motivated and hard working professionals having experience in Mechanical Engineer. Responsible for production, managing and handling manpower. Maintain communications coordinate at the strategic & tactical levels with the other functions of the organization.
∎ Job Location: Palgaon, Bhaluka, Mymenshing.
