∎ Possess a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business Management/Mathematics/ Clothing Technology.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to prepare factory production plan to ensure optimized utilization of capacity and on time customer delivery based on the budgeted top line for pre-production.
∎ Responsible to track and monitor achievement against Factory plans, sub-plans, and recommend modifications as required to achieve targets.
∎ Prepare analysis and forecasts of Plant capacity and efficiency parameters and maintain appropriate documentation and records.
∎ Responsible for following up with various stakeholders and ensuring the projection management activities are completed as per schedule.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4+ years of relevant experience, with minimum 2+ years in a plant administration leadership role.
∎ Be a self-starter, proactive go-getter and performance-oriented team player with the ability to take ownership in delivering operational excellence.
∎ Ability to manage priorities whilst driving flawless execution across your team.
