Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors' Degree/Diploma in Industrial Engineering/Clothing Technology with GSD License or experience in working with GSD system

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing costing options at the handover/development meeting based on practices in current manufacturing in order to facilitate a smooth flow in sewing line.
∎ Analyzing the sample critically, preparing the operation break down, analyzing GSD motions, assigning SMV for operations using GSD system to ensure operation cost reduction. Analyzing and monitoring all the product developments ensuring they are done based on the best manufacturable method in order to improve the operational efficiency.
∎ Calculating an accurate costing SMV to achieve the competitive price and give the various costing options to customer in order reduce the price while adding the newness to the product.
∎ Providing the accurate thread YY in ordering stage in a timely and effective manner.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering, entry level STEP
∎ Analytical/mathematical problem- solving skills and an affinity to adopt quantitative techniques
∎ Ability to communicate in concise and comprehensive manner
