Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science, Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science
∎ Preferred Professional Certification and Training on ERP(If any)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
ERP Implementation, ERP systems manage
Job Responsibilities:
∎ ERP overall management and post implementation maintenance.
∎ Analyze business/technical requirements and objectives, perform fit/gap analysis, and provide recommendations to the CEO.
∎ Understanding the company's business processes, customizing ERP from Vendor and Implementation between management and end users.
∎ Maintain regular communication with both the business and internal teams with constant management of the management's expectations.
∎ Achieve user satisfaction through successful delivery of defined project scope.
∎ ERP management, monitoring and user access control management.
∎ Prepare and provide users demonstrations and training on MIS activities to increase staff expertise.
∎ Regular monitoring of relevant internal stake holder's activity and help in proper hand shaking of users in the cross functional area
∎ Ensure adequate training for the new application user & mentor them
∎ Help in change management of the organization by properly knowledge transfer to application stakeholders through adopting ERP best practices and reduce manual entries/improve the relevant areas
∎ Ensure ERP proper Documentation/guide developer in reporting as per business need
∎ Any other task assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge in Odoo ERP management is preferable
∎ Must have experienced in Manufacturing Company
∎ Ability to use technology and analysis tools
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: Negotiable
