Building construction experience·
Extra fair faze building knowledge·
Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials·
Proficiency in Auto CAD (2D), Sketch up, MS office,
Power point, and strong knowledge of design principles.
Willingness to travel to different project sites. Ability to work in extreme conditions·
Punctual, well manner, patience and pleasant personality and aware about commitment and time frame·
Good communication and teamwork skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities & Context:
1.Oversee all on-site project activity to ensure completion of projects on schedule within the budget and in accordance with engineering design. Perform inspection of construction activity to ensure conformance with approved designs / plans.
2.Responsible for the management development and planning of the construction works on-site, install and organize necessary logistics, material and people. Also monitoring the quality assurance and quality control and complying with safety & security aspects during construction.
3.Preparation of estimates for the civil works. Execution of Civil Works like buildings, roads, drains, sanitary and water supply systems located in entire area and as per the approved drawings.
4.Installation, repair and maintenance of plumbing systems, internal and external sewerage and drainage systems. Perform scheduled maintenance services on plumbing systems and fixtures.
5.To maintain the records of Tools & Plant (equipment) related to civil engineering activities. To liaise with the external agencies on matters relating to the civil maintenance activities.
6.Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to align civil works timelines. Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and SOPs.
7.Conduct site visits to validate progress and quality of civil works. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
8.Monitor progress against baseline and flag delays with mitigation strategies. Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and dashboards for senior management.
9.Prepare bills and reconciliation statements. Verify contractor measurements and ensure timely certification of bills. Responsible for repair-maintenance all kinds of civil work.
10.Manage the purchase, procurement, and efficient storage of construction materials to minimize waste. Liaise with finance and procurement teams for timely payments and cost control.
11.Support quantity take-offs and cost estimation for civil packages. Track material consumption and reconcile with planned quantities.
12.Prepare engineering reports, present project status to management, and liaise with site/department head.
13.Assist in budget forecasting and variance analysis.
