∎ Candidate who does not meet the above academic qualification, but have good working experience in relevant fields and possess preferred Vendor Certifications will be considered as potential
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CDMS,CDCP
∎ Skills Required: IT Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IT Support Service, IT System Management, Security Management of IT System
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution.
∎ Provide technical solutions (BOQ/BOM/Datasheet/Solution Write up) in a professional manner and to agreed time frames.
∎ Provide product support to internal teams/stakeholders
∎ Sell technical solutions to the customer
∎ Create and deliver technical presentations to internal stakeholders and external clients
∎ Provide product support to internal teams/stakeholders
∎ To structure and create sales proposals and technical documentation
∎ Tender Document preparation - Respond
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be smart in communicating.
∎ Strong analytical ability with critical thinking & problem solving skill.
∎ Ability to work under pressure with longer time period.
∎ He must be Honest, Hard-working, Responsible & Reliable.
∎ Good relation builder.
∎ Ability to work independently as well as team environment.
∎ Must be self-driven.
