Computer proficiency in MS Word & MS Excel.
Ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
To ensure Credit collection from market on time.
To maintain Daily Accounts Receivable report by updating daily sales & collection.
To visit Customers Regularly for payment update
To post Cheque on software base on bill & customers information.
To calculate VAT and Tax after receiving payment from customers.
To issue letter to customer for refunding tender security money.
To update daily sales and service bill to our daily Accounts Receivable Report.
To analyze Customer ledger to find out the due bills & confirm payment.
To follow up customers for collecting payment by considering payment terms Work Order.
To provide Bank Accounts details when customers require to arrange payment by bank.
