∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the ink mixing room and assigning tasks to coworkers, such as daily production planning, consumption tracking, quality control, productivity tracking, lead time meetings, etc.
∎ Direct accountability and management of ink production coordinate to facilitate the marketing acquisition.
∎ Proficiency in handling water based ink system .
∎ RSL and physical test .
∎ Color approval, color swatches, color, and combination formula must all be maintained in accordance with consumer preferences.
∎ Have to know about ink consumption chemical nature and specific customer order recipes.
∎ Solve production line Technical problems and also capable of risk analysis or troubleshooting.
∎ Customer interaction.
∎ Ideal candidates should have 3 years of technical experience resolving technical issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Handling lab tests
∎ Mixing likes rheology and thixotropy principle
