∎ BBA/ MBA/ Masters in any discipline from any reputed Institute
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement human resource strategies & policies to achieve company objectives.
∎ Assist the Head of HR in developing and updating the organization structure, compensation and
∎ benefits structure.
∎ Design and perform change management initiatives in respond to the need of organization.
∎ Ensure proper HR review & organogram to place right person to the right place in light of the
∎ strategic plan of the organization.
∎ Oversee performance management activities (KPI).
∎ Coordinate & face all Internal and external audits including ISO. Prepare program and keep the
∎ documentation related to audit.
∎ Prepare HR budget, Manpower budget, Manpower planning as per requirement.
∎ Monitor Disciplinary actions & effectiveness of departmental enquiry & grievance.
∎ Bridging gaps of management and employee through effective ER & IR strategy.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by department head.

∎ 8-10 years experience in HR field.
