Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulates and coordinates the end to end KPI based performance management process in textile/garments division
∎ Designs, develops and updates HR policies.
∎ Prepares organogram for manpower analysis.
∎ Prepares salary budget
∎ Prepares training plan
∎ Prepares training module sunder the guidance of supervisor.
∎ Involves in quarterly/yearly employees performance review process
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good Presentation Skill
∎ Communication (Both Verbal & Written)
∎ Must be fluent in Written & Spoken English.
∎ Good understanding on core HR practices.
∎ Must have good knowledge of computer, basically MS Office packages.
Salary: Negotiable
