∎ BBA/MBA with major in HR from reputed private/public university.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect manpower requisition from all departments every quarter and assist in preparing manpower requirements for head offices and projects.
∎ Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place for all permanent staffs.
∎ Lead the entire Talent Acquisition procedures.
∎ Organize structured induction plan and identify training and development needs, organize training sessions, workshops and activities for new joiners.
∎ Responsible for designing and implementing employer brand strategies to establish 'SHL" as an employer of choice.
∎ Design and implement modern selection tools like Competency Based Interview (CBI) and Assessment Centers.
∎ Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
∎ Conduct reference checks for selected candidates.
∎ Assist HR team for developing and implementing human resources management policies and procedures.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management for business interest.
